Job Description

Develop and execute the online marketing strategy (excluding paid and organic search) for Display, Affiliate networks, Ad networks.
Close annual deals & rates with major publishers and explore channel partnerships
Establish Strong buying, agency and publisher relationships
Develop digital marketing strategies for market entry & penetration for the existing & new international markets footprint.
Leverage data and analytics to deliver strong marketing efficiency.
Improve creative at conceptual and implementation level.
Build an effective Social Media Strategy for the company across various channels
Help execute social media engagement campaigns and manage app development
Lead a team and show them the growth path as well as mentor them to perform their tasks more effectively and efficiently

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: 6-8 years of experience with 2-4 years of digital marketing experience of a good scale including display / affiliate marketing
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: MBA or equivalent from a premier business school will be preferred
FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES: Understanding of online media buying; Understanding of online search/display; Technical awareness; Understanding of digital advertising
