Job Description

• Develop and execute the online marketing strategy (excluding paid and organic search) for Display, Affiliate networks, Ad networks.
• Close annual deals & rates with major publishers and explore channel partnerships
• Establish Strong buying, agency and publisher relationships
• Develop digital marketing strategies for market entry & penetration for the existing & new international markets footprint.
• Leverage data and analytics to deliver strong marketing efficiency.
• Improve creative at conceptual and implementation level.
• Build an effective Social Media Strategy for the company across various channels
• Help execute social media engagement campaigns and manage app development
• Lead a team and show them the growth path as well as mentor them to perform their tasks more effectively and efficiently

Desired Skills & Experience

• RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: 6-8 years of experience with 2-4 years of digital marketing experience of a good scale including display / affiliate marketing
• EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: MBA or equivalent from a premier business school will be preferred
